Shopping is a good way to keep busy.

Mother and I took a "girls-day-out" trip to Diagon Alley to get a headstart on my school supplies list. I loved petting all the different fabrics at Madam Malkin's while my robes were being hemmed, a disavantage of being so short is that I have to have everything that my mom doesn't make for me hemmed.

We stopped by Ollivanders for my wand. Ollivander is a sweet person to converse with.

I was so excited after the long day of shopping that I have everything neatly packed in my trunk and ready to get. We will be leaving early in the morning to catch the train, I better head off to bed to get some sleep.
