I have found my two favorite subjects, Potions and Defense Against the Dark Arts. Okay so the fact that both teachers are dreamy hunks has a great deal to do with the enthusiasm in the subjects, but just one look at either of the Professors and you can't help but want to do your very best so that you don't disappoint them.

Talk through the halls been running through the halls as to what houses the new Professors belong. Headmistress talked with the new Professors on her way to her office after the feast last night and found out what houses they belonged to when they attended Hogwarts.

Professor Humperdink is a Slytherin. Maybe it is his Slytherin qualities that make him so attractive, or maybe it's just my attraction to 'bad boys'.

Professor Black is a proud Gryffindor, though he could have end up Slytherin because he is a Parsletongue like Harry was.
